Cajun Chicken PastaIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 4 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
- Olive Oil
- 2 oz. Andouille or Chorizo Sausage
- 1 oz. Julienne Red Onion
- 1 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 oz. Pea Pods.
- 6 oz. Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce, prepared
- 8 oz. Penne Pasta, al dente
Cooking Instructions:
Julienne and season boneless chicken breast. Saute in olive oil until all sides are seared. Add Andouille or Chorizo sausage medallions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the red onion, sliced mushrooms and pea pods. Saute until vegetables are cooked but still crisp. Add the prepared Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce. Toss evenly and add the penne pasta. Bring to a simmer, Plate and serve.
