Broccoli Cheese SoupIngredients & Instructions
http:/Ingredients:- 2 Tbs. Margarine or Butter
- ½ c. Shredded Carrot
- ½ c. Chopped Onion
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1 15 oz. can Cheese and Salsa Dip
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 pkg. Frozen Cut Broccoli
- COMBINE THE FOLLOWING TWO ITEMS:
- 2 c. Water
- 2 Tbs. Karlsburger Chicken Base
Cooking Instructions:
Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrot and onion. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour over vegetables; stir to blend. Add all remaining ingredients; blend well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated; stirring constantly.
*To increase salt content, add SMALL amounts of base.
