Recipe Description
Bourdeaux Sauce: A classic Bordelaise Sauce. Use on sautéed or grilled MeatsIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 1 Tbs. Chopped Shallots
- 12 oz. Dry Red Wine
- 2 Bay Leaves
- ¼ c. Fresh Thyme
- 2 c. Karlsburger Demi Glace
- 1/3 c. Beef Marrow
Cooking Instructions:
Medium dice the beef marrow and blanch in slightly salted water, strain and hold. Discard water. Simmer the Shallots and herbs in the wine and reduce by ¾. Add Karlsburger Demi Glace and bring to a simmer. Strain and season to taste. Add diced beef marrow. Hold for service.
