Beer Cheese SoupIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 1 - 22 oz package Karlsburger Cream Soup Base prepared
- 1 c. Celery, cooked and diced
- 1 c. Carrots, cooked and diced
- ½ c. Onion, cooked and diced
- 1 Tbs. Karlsburger Chicken Base
- 32 oz. American Cheese Blend, shredded
- 1 12 oz. Bottle Beer (add slowly to prevent foaming)
- To Taste – Karlsburger White Pepper, Ground
- To Taste – Karlsburger California Garlic Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare Karlsburger Cream Soup Base as per directions on package. After Cream Soup Base sets up, add the above listed ingredients. Simmer and serve. Garnish with popcorn.
