Product Description

Beef Flavor Base "Xtra-Fine"� is derived from cooking roasted beef meat with various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. This paste-like product consists of finely ground meat, is soluble in water and has a dark brown color. Use Beef Xtra-Fine as a concentrated base to make; Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. The natural beef flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer whenever a rich beef flavor is desired.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water

Use Beef Flavor Base as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. The natural beef flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer where ever a roast beef flavor is desired.

Storage Recommendations
This product is shelf-stable for one (1) year when stored at ambient temperatures. To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening.
