-Grilled or Poached Fish –Seafood/Egg Dishes
Ingredients:
  • 1 Pkg. Karlsburger Hollandaise Sauce, prepared according to package
  • 2 Tbs. Karlsburger Lobster Base
  • 1 lb. Butter, softened

Cooking Instructions:
To 1 cup prepared Karlsburger Hollandaise Sauce, add 1 Tbs. Lobster Butter (Karlsburger Lobster Base and Butter mixture) Fold until well balanced.
