Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:

• 1 22 oz. Bag of Karlsburger Cream Soup Base
• 1/3 c. Onion, minced or Green Onion, chopped
• 4 c. Red Potatoes, diced w/ skin or Frozen Diced Potatoes
• 1 tsp. Karlsburger Steak Shake
• 8 oz. Sour Cream
• 3 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 2 c. Bacon, crumbled

Cooking Instructions:
Follow the instructions on the package of Karlsburger Cream Soup Base. After Cream Soup Base sets up, add remaining ingredients. Let simmer approx. 30 minutes. Yield: 5 qts. Soup.
