Baked Cod Tail with Mexican Hollandaise SauceIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 5 oz. Cod Tails
- 1 bag Karlsburger Hollandaise Sauce Mix
- 4 lbs. Butter
- 1 Gal. Milk
- 6 c. Picante Sauce, prepared
Cooking Instructions:
COD
Bake cod tails at 400 degrees for approx. 20 minutes, until moist and flakey.
SAUCE
Melt butter over low heat. Blend in JArlsburger Hollandaise Sauce Mix. Add milk and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add Picante sauce. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve 4 ounces of Mexican Hollandaise over cod tails.
