Au Jus For Prime Rib and French DipsIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:Prime Rib:
Remove meat from cooking pan. Add two or more cups of water to pan drippings. Slowly add and dissolve Karlsburger Beef Base one teaspoon at a time until desired salt content is achieved.
French Dip:
If pan drippings are not available, use approximately one teaspoon Karlsburger Beef Base per cup of water to achieve desired strength. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve in dish large enough to dip sandwich.
